Bridget Horan, MEd, MSW, LSW, is a Violence Prevention Specialist with the Violence Intervention Program. Bridget provides intensive, trauma-informed case management for youth and their families following a traumatic event. In this work, Bridget partners with youth and families to promote physical and emotional healing as well as re-injury prevention.
Bridget Horan, MEd, MSW, LSW, is a Violence Prevention Specialist with the Violence Intervention Program and provides intensive, trauma-informed case management for youth and their families following a traumatic event. In this work, Bridget partners with youth and families to promote physical and emotional healing and prevent reinjury. Bridget is passionate about providing comprehensive trauma-informed care to youth and families. Bridget previously interned with the Gender and Sexuality Development Clinic at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where they provided individual therapy and family support for transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive youth.
