Caroline Menapace Glavin, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who oversees the trauma-informed intensive case management services of the Family Advocacy and Support Program through the Growing Resilience in Teens program of the Healthier Together Initiative at CHOP.

Caroline Menapace Glavin, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who oversees the trauma-informed intensive case management services of the Family Advocacy and Support Program through the Growing Resilience in Teens program of the Healthier Together Initiative at CHOP. Caroline also oversees the GRIT Needs Assessments and provides outreach, trauma-informed needs assessments, and emotional support to families in order to connect them with appropriate support and services. Caroline collaborates with Primary Care Providers and Social Workers as well as numerous community providers in order to ensure youth and families are connected with appropriate and timely support.

Caroline has served as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) and a Lecturer at The University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. Caroline has been a site supervisor for 2nd year graduate students from various Philadelphia schools. Caroline served as the Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Coalition for Victim Advocacy from 2019-2021. Caroline is enrolled in the Doctoral of Clinical Social Work Program at The University of Pennsylvania
