Adriana Cromwell is a Community Based Social Worker at the Center for Violence Prevention (CVP) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Adriana graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2014. She is a personable professional with a solid background in family advocacy and Early Head Start. 

She served diverse and underserved populations in the city of Philadelphia for over nine years. In 2016, she became certified in the Parents as Teachers Curriculum. She later received a Child Development Associate Certificate with a focus in infant toddler home visiting in 2018.
