- School District of Philadelphia, Office of Climate and Safety
Students who have been bullied or witnessed bullying, harassment, and/or threats should immediately report such incidents to the school principal or manager of non-instructional school services. If there is no response, then the incident should be reported to the regional office. As a last resort, please call the district's Bullying Hotline. The information is given to a district investigation team who will contact the school and family to try to correct the situation. The hotlines are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

The Office of the Safe Schools Advocate (OSSA) was created in 2000 and is now supported by the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), the state’s criminal and juvenile justice planning agency. Kelley Hodge, the Safe Schools Advocate, is available to ensure that victims of school violence get help. The Office of the Safe Schools Advocate has hours from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff can accompany parents of victims to hearings and provide information about getting counseling.
