Jason Lewis, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Director of the Mood, Anxiety, and Trauma Disorder Section in the Outpatient Division of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Dr. Lewis is also a Center for Violence Prevention Associate at CHOP. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania and the Associate Director of the Psychology Internship Program at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Lewis has specific clinical interests in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric mood disorders as well as youth presenting with co-morbid and multi-problem conditions. This includes evidence-based psychotherapy and group interventions for depression and emotion dysregulation. Dr. Lewis is a lead member of the CHOP Zero Suicide Program and a member of the CHOP Youth Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Research Center. He has research and quality improvement interest in the area of youth suicide prevention.
