Dr. Hoskins' work is focused on implementing evidence-based interventions to prevent youth suicide, particularly concerning safety around firearms.
Katelin Hoskins, PhD, MBE, CRNP's research is focused on partnering with organizations, clinicians, families, and community members to equitably implement evidence-based interventions to prevent youth suicide, with a focus on firearm-related lethal means safety. Dr. Hoskins is Principal Investigator of a NINR R01 focused on equitable scale-out and evaluation of an evidence-based secure firearm storage program. She is also a practicing Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
