Briana Pagliaro, RN is a Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Expert involved in Behavioral Health initiatives. At the Center for Violence Prevention at CHOP, Briana is a Behavioral Health Nursing Liaison.
Specifically, Briana is working to improve and increase behavioral health screenings on adolescents who arrive to the Emergency Department. This screening is used to identify patients for depression, suicidal ideation and high risk behaviors who may have otherwise been missed.
Briana has been an RN at CHOP since 2011 and a Clinical Nurse Expert in the Emergency Department since 2018. She is also involved with Community Advocacy and the Pediatric Sepsis Program.
