Cortney Marengo is an Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Specialist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia's Center for Violence Prevention. As part of the STOP IPV Team, Cortney focuses on responding to domestic violence related cases and providing training on domestic violence for CHOP Providers. Cortney works closely with the STOP IPV Team to review policy and screening procedures, identify and support patients experiencing domestic violence, train staff on domestic violence education and trauma informed care, and generate IPV outreach and awareness within the CHOP community.

Cortney is the Director of Community Outreach at Laurel House, a comprehensive Domestic Violence Agency located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She has extensive history in program management including planning the 2019 CHOP Autism Symposium and 19th Annual International Vasculitis Conference at PENN Medicine. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she became the Director of Operations for Fight COVID Task Force through Skippack Pharmacy, facilitating vaccinations for over 60,000 community members. Her passion lies in working with the community to prevent domestic violence for future generations.
