Dr. Matlin is a psychologist at CHOP and teaching faculty at the University of Pennsylvania Master of Public Health program. At CHOP, she provides trauma-focused care for children and adolescents and leads the professional development and training pillar at CVP.
She is the former VP of learning and community impact at the Thomas Scattergood Behavioral Health Foundation as well as the former special advisor to the commissioner at the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services, where she contributed to the formulation of high priority programmatic initiatives and policy. Dr. Matlin has 15 years of experience in program evaluation and implementation of evidence-based practices in schools and communities with a focus on mental health promotion and social and emotional learning.
