Tiziana Novruzaj is a Violence Prevention Specialist at the Center for Violence Prevention (CVP) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Through CVP's Violence Intervention Program, Tiziana's work focuses on providing intensive case management to assault-injured youth and their families impacted by violent incidents and experiences.
Prior to joining the Center, Tiziana was an Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) Specialist for the School District of Philadelphia, implementing skill acquisition programs using methods rooted in the principles of ABA. In her previous work as an ABA Specialist, Tiziana supported emotional support programs in the District with the implementation of positive behavior support plans, de-escalation techniques and the creation of trauma-informed/least restrictive environments.
